The MOD 's Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC) Scheme endorses lifelong learning among members of the Armed Forces. Providing financial support in each of a maximum of 3 distinct financial years, the scheme enables higher level learning of a nationally recognised qualification at Level 3 or above with an approved Training Provider. MOD Enhanced Learning Credits Eligibility First, you need to already be registered to become a Scheme Member and have accrued a sufficient amount of service before you can submit a claim.
